Each course in our farm-to-table dining experience is crafted to highlight our farm's seasonal bounty of produce, plus comes paired with award-winning California wines or local craft beer. Chef Adam Haverland collaborates closely on menu design with the featured winemaker or brewer, ensuring a complimentary pairing and a natural progression of flavors throughout the meal. From the moment you arrive at our Pomona farm, you'll be guided through your experience by the featured local winemaker or brewer, Chef Adam Haverland and occasionally a Master Sommelier.
